RETURN POLICY:

All items purchased (except personalized items) can be returned or exchanged HASSEL FREE. You must e-mail or call first AND receive confirmation of return. Items returned without confirmation will incur a 15% restocking charge. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor (bar stools, tables, chairs, stained glass lamps, neon signs and clocks, NHL,college and university tire covers, mats and rugs) will also incur a 15% restocking fee.

Items returned: Your credit card will be credited for the purchased price and any NYS tax (less the shipping and handling charges).

Items exchanged: Your card will be charged a flat $5.00 return postage and handling fee.
